چکیده
Abstract As the third most frequently diagnosed cancer through worldwide, colorectal (CRC) is fourth leading cause and account for around 8% of all cancer-related death. Diabetes mellitus (DM) a complex metabolic disorder characterized by chronic hyperglycemia inflammation due to deficiency in insulin secretion or dysregulation action pathway, which further leads dysfunction failure multiple organs. Many advances have been made diagnosis management rectal cancer. Although survival severely dependent on stage disease at diagnosis, it might also be influenced several risk factors. The relationship between diabetes one can raise problems both patients with conditions. Metabolic pathways type II diabetes, glucose intolerance obesity considered as link This article provides not just an overview epidemiology, CRC DM, but highlights DM relationship.

The treatment of rectal cancer has evolved from being solely a surgical endeavor to a multidisciplinary practice. Despite the improvement in outcomes conferred by the addition of chemoradiation therapy to rectal cancer treatment, advances in surgical technique have significantly increased rates of sphincter preservation and the avoidance of a permanent stoma. In recent years, intersphincteric r...
متن کاملNanobiosensors and fluorescence based biosensors: An overview
A biosensor can sense biological elements after interaction with the recognition element. The signal produced due to interaction of the analyte with its biochemical element is transduced by a transducer and detected by appropriate modes. The miniaturization of these biosensors at the nano level using nanostructures as a platform for sensing the analyte or its detection is called a nanobiosensor...
